The AOP5500 unit allows connecting of analog
equipment (such as IR modulators, sound
reinforcement amplifiers, analog cassette
recorders etc…) to the CPU5500 Central Unit.
It is equipped with 9 D/A converters and
outputs the floor language channel and up
to 8 translated channels. The unit is powered
through the CPU5500.
Output 0 is always the floor language. Output 1
can be configured by rotary switch programming
(internal). Channels 2 to 8 are automatically set
as the next consecutive channels of channel 1.
Three LED’s on the front panel indicate power,
sync and the presence of modulation on the
floor channel.
